This hotel is everything Disney is. Great staff, great atomsphere and a decent price. The lobby was done beautifully for Christmas with a giant carosel entirely made of gingerbread. The room was a little small but still met the needs of our family.

Nice hotel. The base room is a little small but adequate for my family of five since we were not there to stay in the room but explore the parks. We found the room to be very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Overall the rooms are a little overpriced but I guess your paying for the central location and pool amenities. The pool is great for kids and just relaxing. Would we stay there again? YES.

Overall the resort needs some major rehab. This is not what "Disney" quality should be. The location was fantastic and we could not have asked for a better place. The price of the room was not worth it and you would be better off staying at moderate resort. Please note that every night around 9:30pm the fireworks are so close that it will shake the room. Also everything that has been said about the housekeeping staff is correct.

My family & I visit WDW every year & normally stay @ Animal Kingdom Lodge, but this year we decided to try something different. The Beach Club was great for the location, 5 min. walk to Epcot & 10+ min. to MGM, the Boardwalk was right there & great view of the nice pool & beach area. The rooms were a little plain for the price, but the Christmas decorations in the lobby were very beautiful & characters visited the lobby every evening. The Beaches & Cream Soda Shop was very small & the staff did not do a good job in seating us (5 people & 1 of the 5 was in a wheelchair), they stuck us @ 1 very small table until I made them get another table for us. We had dinner @ Cape May in the hotel & it was really pricey ($35+/person) & the food was not very good. My neice compared it to a luxary Golden Correl, with GC being alot better & more variety. I had to ask 3 waitresses for a refill of water & the family across from us left without paying (waitress laid the ticket down & never came back, so they left after 20 min. of waiting). If not for the location & the pool area, this would have been a very bad vacation. My family & I spent most of our time in the pool & Boardwalk area, because the parks were horribly crowded. Also, in the evenings, on the beach, movies were shown & people could roast marshmellows & sit by the fire pit, which was very relaxing.

Everything about this hotel is excellent, from the friendly front desk staff at check -in, to the superb housekeeping staff, to the totally awesome (my 11 year old son's exact words!) pool. We have always stayed at the Beach Club and I wouldn't stay anywhere else. Even though it is on the pricey side, you get your money's worth. The walking location to Epcot is great and there is always the Boardwalk Resort across the lagoon for additional activities. You could certainly spend a few days just at the Beach Club and be well -entertained without even going to the parks. The only downside is the restaurant choices. Sometime you may want a regular sit down, not too expensive meal instead of a buffet or hamburgers and hot dogs. Other than that, it's a beautiful resort and you are made to feel special each and every day by the staff. We found the rooms to be very clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff was very thorough and friendly and quick to respond to any additional needs. We had run out of shampoo one day and within 5 minutes we had a large bag of shampoo, conditioner, bath gel and lotion delivered to our room. The staff also also left balloon bouquets and autographed pictures of Mickey and friends for us each day. It was a wonderful vacation at this beautiful resort! We can't wait to go again next year!
